摘　　要：研究生教育是我国高等教育工作的主要任务之一,其培养和管理模式直接影响研究生教学质量与人才素质的提高。本文通过对我校研究生的问卷调查分析,综述了调查对象与方法,阐述了调查结果与分析,提出了调查结论与建议,力求为探索和创新高校研究生培养与管理模式提供理论依据。The education of graduate student is the chiefly task of our country＇s higher education, its training and the management pattem directly affect the advance of graduate student＇s teaching quality and the talented person quality. The thesis through analyse the questionnaire of graduate student, summarize the object and method, expatiate the result and analyse, bring up the conclusion and suggestion of the investigation, strive to offer theory basis of the training and management pattem of graduate student.
