儿科护患沟通中的影响因素及对策

摘　　要：针对儿科护理工作的特殊性对儿科护理中影响护患沟通的因素进行综述,包括超负荷的工作状态、嘈杂的工作环境、护士缺乏有效促进沟通的技巧、患儿的依从性差、患儿家长对医护工作不理解等。提出针对特殊护理对象应合理配置护理人员,改善工作环境,提高护士的自身素质,合理运用沟通技巧等,从而促进儿科护患沟通顺利进行。Aimed at the features of pediatric department, this article summarized the influence factors of nurse - client comnluuication, such as the status of overload,noisy work environment,lack of effective conlmunication skills of nurses, poor compliance of children, and misunderstandings of parents. Moreover, this article put forward some strategies to promote nurse-client communication in pediatric department, such as developing rational nursing staff,improving work environment, enhancing nurses＇ quality and applying communication skills rationally.
