脉冲射频治疗顽固性外周神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉冲射频治疗顽固性外周神经痛的临床疗效。方法对17例顽固性外周神经痛患者,采用Baylis射频治疗系统,脉冲治疗模式,刺激相应的外周神经。技术参数为:治疗温度42℃,峰值电压<45 V,时间20 ms,间隔0.5 min,治疗持续时间120 sec。结果17例即刻效果全部有效,随访6个月,只有1例带状疱诊后遗神经痛患者复发。结论脉冲射频是治疗顽固性外周神经痛的一种有效方法。Objective To observe the application and efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of intractable peripheral neuralgia. Methods Baylis radiofrequency system,pulsed mode to stimulate the related peripheral nerves was applied in 17 patients, who were suffered from peripheral neuralgia, trying to relieve them of intractable pain. Technical parameters were as following： treatment temperature, 42℃ ;peak voltage 〈45 V;pulsed time 20 ms;interval 0.5 min;treatment duration 120 sec. Results To be effective was reported in all the 17 patients right after the treatment ,only one patient who had a postherpetic zoster neuralgia reported a recurrence to some extent after 6 months follow-up. Conclusion Pulsed radiofrequency is an effective method to treat intractable peripheral neuralgia.
