摘 要:近年来已经证实将能够持续分泌脑啡肽、β-内啡肽等神经活性镇痛物质的细胞移植入宿主的中枢神经系统如腰段蛛网膜下腔,这些能分泌抗伤害分子的细胞如同一个生物微泵,发挥缓解疼痛的药理效应。目前,细胞镇痛研究为开发治疗疼痛新疗法有着良好的前景。本文总结近年来细胞镇痛的新进展。In the recent few years,it was recognized that the cell lines that are able to continuously secrete neuroactive analgesic materials ,such as enkephalin, β-endorphine, could be grafted in central nervous system of host, such as lumbar subarachnoid space. These cells secreting various antinociceptive molecules, as biological minipumps, can bring into pharmacologic effect for pain relief. At present, cellular analgesia research offers favourable prospection for the development and use of novel approach to pain management. The progression of cellular analgesia will be reviewed in this article.
