摘 要:研究了电磁成形大宽厚比板状件的感应加热特性,推导了电磁成形大宽厚比板状件单位体积感应加热功率公式。结果表明:中小尺寸的大宽厚比板状件角部感应加热功率与角部半径的平方成正比,角部半径越小,感应加热功率越小,板状件角部越难以熔化。单频磁场条件下,板状件角部和宽面部分均匀熔化的条件是板状件角部半径大于等于板状件宽面处电流透入深度。角部半径小于板状件宽面处电流透入深度时,电磁场难以使板状件角部和宽面部分均匀熔化。针对角部半径小于宽面处电流透入深度的板状件,提出双频电磁成形的方法,并成功制备出具有预设横截面形状的大宽厚比耐热不锈钢板状件。The model of induction heating power for unit volume of plate-form part with big flakiness ratio was obtained. The results show that The induction heating power for unit volume in comer of small-size or medium-size plate-form part with big flakiness ratio is proportional to the square of comer radius during single-frequency electromagnetic shaping process. Obviously, the smaller the comer radius, the smaller the induction heating power of comer is, which causes the comer of part difficult to be melted. Under single frequency magnetic field condition, the comer and wide-face of plate-form part with big flakiness ratio can't be melted by electromagnetic field when the comer radius is smaller than skin depth of current flow. From the above fact the dual-frequency electromagnetic shaping for plate-form part with big flakiness ratio is proposed. At last, the heat resistant steel plate-form parts with big flakiness ratio and pre-designed cross-section were obtained by dual-frequency electromagnetic shaping
