摘  要:采用脉冲电沉积法制备Pt-Ru-Eu/C电催化剂,循环伏安法(CV)测定催化剂的甲醇电氧化活性,用XRD,EDS和XPS表征电极及催化剂的物性结构、表面元素组成和价态形式。结果表明,电催化剂中Pt-Ru-Eu以合金的形式存在,在合金表面存在EuOx;合金微粒比表面积为55.8m2·g-1,粒径为4.6nm;掺杂适量稀土金属Eu对Pt-Ru合金活性有一定的促进效应,其中原子比为Pt:Ru:Eu=1:1:0.2时电催化活性较高。原子比过高则Pt-Ru-Eu活性低于Pt-Ru;在掺杂少量Eu时,Pt-Ru-Eu与Pt-Ru的Tafel常数b相近,常数a以Pt:Ru:Eu=1:1:0.2最小;甲醇反应级数为0.12级,反应活化能为28.3kJmol-1。Pt-Ru-Eu/C electric catalysts were prepared by pulse electro-deposition method. The methanol electro-oxidation activity was measured by CV, and the structures, compositions and valences of the catalysts were measured by XRD, EDS and XPS. The results show that Pt-Ru-Eu in the electric catalysts exists in the form of alloy, there exists EuOx on the alloy surface. The specific area and particle size of the alloy are 55.8 m^2·g^-1 and 4.6 nm, respectively. The electro-catalystic activity of Pt-Ru alloy could be improved by doping a proper amount of Eu. Under the condition of atomic ratio with Pt'Ru:Eu=1:1:0.2, the electric catalystic activity is higher. If the atomic ratio is too high, the activity of Pt-Ru-Eu is lower than that of Pt-Ru. Under the condition of small doping E, Tafel slope of Pt-Ru-Eu/C electrodes is lower than that of Pt-Ru/C electrodes, but the constant a is smallest when Pt:Ru:Eu= 1:1:0.2. Reactive order of methanol is 0.12, and active energy 28.3 kJ·mol^-1.
