摘　　要：效益和公正是商事仲裁的价值取向。本文拟从仲裁的两个价值取向出发,在与2000年版规则对比的基础上,并且参照其他国际商事仲裁机构的做法,全面剖析2005年版规则对追求效益与公正的成功与不足,目的在为人们理解新规则提供参考,并对规则的进一步修改提出意见。Efficiency and impartiality are the essence of commercial arbitration. With comparison of the 2000 rules and reference to the behavior of other international commercial arbitration bodies, the article will start with two aspects of arbitration values and make a thorough analysis of CIETAC2005. By pointing out the merits and demerits of CIETAC2005 in pursuing efficiency and impartiality, the article is to offer some reference for people to better understand the new rules as well as some advice for further modification of the rules.
