摘 要:对中等浓度的铝酸钠溶液,利用离子膜技术对其进行电解种分,所得产品用X射线检测。研究结果表明:铝酸钠溶液通过离子膜电解种分,不但可获得纯度较高氢氧化铝产品,还可获得浓度较高的NaOH溶液和副产物H2与O2;通电约12 h后,分解率可达71.7%;离子膜电解种分的分解率明显高于拜耳法种分的分解率。The sodium aluminate solution of medium-concentration was electrolyzed by using ion membrane in a specially designed cell and then was precipitated in seeds cell, The product obtained was determined by X-ray diffraction, The results show that Al(OH)3 solid product and NaOH solution of cathode with the higher concentration could be as well as the by products H2 and O2 obtained. It takes 12 h for the sodium aluminate solution to electrolyze and precipitate, and the precipitation ratio is up to 71.7%. In the same conditions, the precipitation ratio by ion membrane electrolysis is much higher than that by the Bayer seeds precipitating process.
