平糖浓缩胶囊对联合糖耐量异常人群胰岛素抵抗和血脂结构的影响

摘　　要：目的评价平糖浓缩胶囊对联合糖耐量异常(CGI)人群胰岛素抵抗和血脂结构的影响及用药的安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、对照的设计方案。57例糖耐量异常患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组29例,给予平糖浓缩胶囊,对照组28例,给予伪平糖浓缩胶囊,两组均为每次4粒,每日3次,疗程8周。结果试验组的症状评分、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和对照组比较均有所改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.011)。结论平糖浓缩胶囊具有改善CGI人群的临床症状、胰岛素抵抗和调整血脂合理结构的作用。Objective To evaluate the influence of Pingtang （Decrease Blood Sugar） Concentrated Capsule on insulin resistance and structure of blood fat of people with combined glucose intolerance （CGI） and the safety of Pingtang Concentrated Capsule. Methods Random, double blind and control method was adopted in the study. The 57 cases with CGI were randomized into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given Pingtang Concentrated Capsule and the control group was given pseudo Pingtang Concentrated Capsule. Both groups took respectively 4 capsules each time and 3 times a day for 8 weeks. Results The symptom scores, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, fasting blood insulin （FINS）, insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR）, free fatty acid （FFA）, triglyceride （TG）, and high density lipoprotein C （HDL-C） of treatment group were improved in comparison with control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Pingtang Concentrated Capsule improves the clinical symptoms and insulin resistance and can regulates the structure of blood fat of people with CGI.
