摘　　要：目的探讨电针合谷穴加催产素促进产妇宫缩的安全性。方法对276例难产产妇随机分成药物组和针药组。药物组静脉滴注催产素,针药组在此基础上加针刺双侧合谷穴,观察两组产妇心率、呼吸频率、血压、胎心及产程进展情况。结果276例产妇在分娩过程中心率、呼吸频率、血压、产程进展等情况均在正常范围之内。两组总体疗效比较,针药组优于药物组。结论电针合谷穴加静脉滴注催产素能加强宫缩,缩短产程,进而避免产妇因体力过度消耗而引发全身衰竭。对产妇的生命指标和新生儿无副作用。Objective To observe the safety of electro-acupuncture at Hegu （LI 4） plus oxytocin for promoting the uterine contraction of puerperae. Methods The 276 cases of dystocia were randomized into medicine group and acupuncture plus medicine group. The medicine group was treated by oxytocin and acupuncture plus medicine group by oxytocin and acupuncture at Hegu （LI 4） of both sides. The heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, fetal heart sound, and course of labour were observed. Results The heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, fetal heart sound, and course of labour of 276 puerperae during the labour were all within the normal range. To compare the therapeutic effect of two groups on the whole, the acupuncture plus medicine group was better than the medicine group. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at Hegu （LI 4） plus oxytocin can strengthen uterine contraction and shorten the process of labour to avoid general failure due to physical exhaustion. There is no side effects for life indices of puerpera and fetus.
