摘  要:壳体铸件形状复杂,两侧面带四个深孔。根据铸件的形状特点,设计了带有双斜销抽拔滑块侧向分型抽芯机构的压铸模具,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。由于对分滑块尺寸较宽,铸件对侧型芯包紧力大,模具采用了双斜销-滑块分型抽芯机构;采用斜销延时抽芯机构,确保开模后铸件在滑块的限制作用下脱出定模,留在动模;利用定模模板对滑块整体楔紧来克服滑块所承受的较大的反压力。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,成形铸件质量好。The shape of the shell casting is complex, there are four deep holes in two sides of the shell. According to the shape characteristic of the casting, the die-casting die with two angle pins for slide pulling and side parting and core pulling mechanism has been designed, the structure characteristic and working principle of die casting die were dissertated. Because the width of the Twin-slider is broad and the enveloping force towards the side cores is great, two angle pins for slide parting and core pulling mechanism was used in this mould; The angle pin for time-lapse core pulling device was used to ensure that the casting can be departed from fixed die and stay in moving die under the limit of slide after unlocking; The whole fixed die was used to wedge the twin-slider in order to overcome the great contrary force. The structure of the mould is compact, the mould works reliably and the quality of the casting is good.
