摘  要:铸造模样等高分割制造法及其模块化技术是对数控技术、CAD/CAM技术的进一步集成和创新,是解决复杂模样的切削加工,充分发挥数控切削设备潜能的实用技术,是提高复杂模样制造效率的有效途径。模块化技术应用于铸造模样分割制造的主要过程包括:组合结构的模块化,分割件建模设计的模块化,数控编程的模块化,数控加工操作过程的模块化,以及夹具的模块化。论述了模块化理念,模块的创建,各种模块的应用。The method of casting pattern contour partition manufacturing and its modularization technology are the innovation and the integration of NC and CAD/CAM technology. It is efficient way to improve the manufacture efficiency of casting pattern and to provide the cutting method of the complicated parts. At the same time, it can fully exert the NC cutting device potential. The modularization technology is applied in the all process of casting pattern manufacturing, which includes modularizing of the compounding structure, modularizing of the modeling design of partition, modularizing of the NC programming, modularizing of the NC processing operation and modularizing of jigs and fixtures. The viewpoint of modularization, the development of module, the application of the module are illustrated.
