摘　　要：CM模式是当今国际上被广泛运用的一种工程承发包的管理模式。对投资者而言,它具有缩短建设周期、降低工程费用、提高工程质量等优点。介绍了CM模式的特点及适用范围,较具体地分析了CM模式合同的3种类型,提出了我国引进CM模式应注意的问题。Nowadays,CM approach has been widely used as an international building procurement model.It is full of advantages such as shortening building circle,lowering project fee and improving project quality for the investors.The characteristics of CM approach and its suitable scale were introduced,then,3 types of CM approach were analyzed in details,which pointed out the problems needing attention when importing CM approach.
