摘　　要：该文介绍了一种以PC104模块为核心,以WIN98操作系统为平台,使用VB6.0开发的数据采集和控制系统,该系统成功地应用于改进型闪烁测量仪中,使该测量仪能够对多个样品实现多种测量方式,如延时测量、定时测量和重复测量等,并能对采集的数据进行显示、存储和分析。文中详细叙述仪器的结构组成,软硬设计和实现方法,并指出了设计中关键技术。实战证明该改进型液体测量仪具有操作简单、自动化程度高和性能可靠的优点。This paper introduces a data acquisition and control system which took a PC104 module as the core,used WIN98 op- erating system as the platform and adopted VB6.0 as implementation language.The system has been successfully applied into a modified liquid scintillator measuring apparatus,which made the apparatus can measure several specimens with multiple modes such as delay measurement,timing measurement and repeat measurement,and display,save and analyze data acquired.In this paper,the structure of apparatus,the design of hardware and software,and the realization are described in details,and the criti- cal techniques used in the design is also presented.It has been proved by practices that this measuring apparatus has many merits such as easy operation,high automation capacity and high reliability.
