摘  要:目的:筛选并优化丁香降气颗粒的提取工艺。方法:通过药效学实验比较和确定提取工艺路线,正交设计多指标优化提取工艺条件。结果:水提法工艺提取物改善大鼠食管炎症的疗效优于其他3种工艺提取物;通过正交试验优化确定的提取条件为:加水提取3次,每次12倍量水,提取0.5 h。结论:优化得到的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,保证了原处方的疗效。Objective: To screen and optimize the extraction of Dingxiangjiangqi granules. Method: The extraction route was screened by using pharmacodynamic experiment and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design and taking extract yield, content of naringin and tetrahydropalmatine as indexes. Result: The pharmacodynamic result showed that aqueous extract had the best effect to cure the esophagitis of rats and the optimized extraction technique was adding 12 times water, extracting 0. 5 hour for 3 times. Conclusion: The optimum extraction was simple, reasonable, stable and useful for further development.
