小花远志中酮类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:对远志科远志属植物小花远志Polygala telephioides的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱学技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个酮类化合物1,3,7-三羟基酮(1)、1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(2)、1,3-二羟基酮(3)、1,7-二羟基酮(4)、1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基酮(5)、1,7-二甲氧基酮(6)。结论:所得到的化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Polygala telephioides. Method： Compounds were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Result： Six xanthones were isolated from P. telephioides, and their structures were identified as 1, 3, 7-trihydroxyxanthone （1）, 1, 7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone （2）, 1, 3-dihydroxyxanthone （3）, 1, 7-dihydroxyxanthone （4）, 1-methoxy-2, 3-methylenedioxyxanthone （5） and 1, 7-dimethoxyxanthone （6）. Conclusion： All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
