肉鸭实验性锰缺乏症及高磷对缺锰影响的病理学研究

摘  要:69只一日龄天府肉鸭()随机分为三组,各喂以基础(基础饲粮,含锰11.62ppm或10.05ppm)、高磷(基础饲粮+0.34%磷)、对照(基础饲粮+120ppm锰)饲粮。试验分为两个阶段,第一阶段(0~4周)结束时,每组各留2只鸭继续进行第二阶段(5~20或26周)试验。缺锰组第一周开始发病,第二周迅速达到高峰。缺锰病鸭生长明显减缓(p<0.01);多见双腿内弯,站立呈“o”字形;跛行,严重病例以跗关节着地行走;剖检多见双侧跟腱内偏,甚至滑脱;锰浓度分析表明,肝锰含量显著降低(p<0.01)。组织学病变可见:胫骨远端骺板增殖区显著增宽(p<0.01);睾丸曲细精管发育障碍。另外。Sixty nine day old Tianfu broiler ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups Group 1 were fed a basal diet (BD) containing 11 62 ppm or 10 05 ppm Mn Group 2 were fed a diet (BD+0 34% phosphorus) with a higher level of phosphorus Group 3 were fed a diet (BD+120 ppm Mn) as a control This experiment was conducted at two stages When the first stage (week 0~4) was ended,2 ducks from every group were reserved to continue the second stage of the experiment (week 5~20 or 26) Group 1 and group 2 appeared clinical symptoms in the first week and got to a peak of illness in the second week The affected ducks showed reduced growth (p<0 01),both legs of“o”shape,lameness,walking with tibia metatarsal joints and both gastrocnemius tendons slipped from their internal condyles Mn levels of livers were decreased significantly (p<0 01) in the Mn deficient groups compared with the Mn supplement group Pathohistological lesions were found by increased width of proliferative zones in epiphyseal growth plates of distal ends of tibias (p<0 01) and prevented development of spermatospores in testes At the same time,ultrastructural changes were observed in epiphyseal growth plates of distal ends of tibias and testes
