摘 要:以一株对莫能菌素敏感和一株对莫能菌素抗性的柔嫩艾美耳球虫为材料,进行了马杜霉素抗药性诱导实验的研究。通过高、低两个药物浓度系列的诱导,虫株经鸡体内传代18次后,均对5ppm和7ppm马杜霉素产生了抗药性。研究表明:虫株对马杜霉素抗药性产生的时限和强度与药物浓度和对莫能菌素的敏感性无关,证明马杜霉素与莫能菌素之间无交叉抗药性。此外,建立了实验室条件下球虫抗药性诱导的起始浓度和梯度及方法。The development of resistance to maduramysin in a monensin resistant strain and a monensin sensitive strain of Eimeria tenella was experimentally studied in chickens By administration of higher drug level series and lower drug level series in food,after 18 passages in chickens both of strains were resis tant to 5 and 7mg kg -1 of maduramysin This study indicated that the time and degree of the development of resistance to maduramysin appeared to be not related to the drug concentration of induction and the sensitivity of coccidia strains to monensin It was also demonstrated that there was no cross resistance between maduramysin and monensin Moreover,the initial concentration,gradient and practical method of coccidia resistant development were established in laboratory
