摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定脑络通胶囊中甲基橙皮苷含量的检测方法。方法:Dikma C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:冰醋酸-水-甲醇-乙腈(4:66:28:2);流速:1.0ml·min-l;检测波长:283nm;柱温:40℃。结果:甲基橙皮苷在0.03～0.17μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.5%,RSD为2.4%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于脑络通胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of methyl hesperidin in Naoluotong capsules. Method： The Dikma C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobil phase was glacial acetic acid-water-methanol-acetonitrile（4： 66： 28： 2）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 283 nm;The column temperature was 40 ℃. Result： the linear range of methyl hesperidin was 0.03 - 0.17 μg （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 98.5 %, RSD 2.4% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Naoluotong capusules.
