摘  要:目的:建立青翘片中阿司品林含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Shim-pack CLC C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:0.08 mol·L^(-1)醋酸钠溶液(冰醋酸调pH至3.65)(15:85),流速:2 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:230 nm。紫外分光光度法检测波长:300 nm。结果:高效液相法:阿司匹林的线性范围为2~10μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999),回收率100.5%,RSD为0.8%(n= 6)。紫外分光光度法:阿司匹林在5~30μg·ml^(-1)呈线性,平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.6%(n=5)。结论:两种方法均适用于青翘片中阿司匹林的含量测定。Objective: To determine the Aspirin in Qingqiao tablets. Method: HPLC: Shim-pack CLC C18 column ( 150mm×4. 6mm,5um) was used . The mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile-0. 08 mol·L^-1 sodium acetate solution (adjusted pH to 3.65 with glacial acetic acid) (15: 85), The flow rate was 2 ml-min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm, UV speetrophotometrie: The detection wavelength was at 300 nm. Result: HPLC :The linear rang of Aspirin was 2 - 10 μg·ml^-1 (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of Aspirin was 100.5% (RSD = 0. 8 % , n = 6 ). Ultraviolet spectrophotometry: The linear rang of Aspirin was 5 -30 μg·ml^-1( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100.9% (RSD =0.6% ,n =5). Conclusion: HPLC and UV speetrophotometry can be both used to determine Asipirin in Qingqiao tabalets.
