摘 要:利用MMS-100热模拟试验机研究了不同冷却速度对高强度容器钢板组织结构的影响,用热膨胀法建立了动态条件下的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT),结果表明:冷却速度在0.5~1℃/s时,相变组织为多边形铁素体+少量珠光体组织;随着冷却速度的升高,珠光体逐渐消失,相变组织为多边形铁素体+少量粒状贝氏体;当冷速大于15℃/s时,相变组织主要为板条状贝氏体,且晶粒变得细小均匀。The effect of different cooling tates on the microstructures of vessel plate was analyzed by the MMS-100 thermal simulator. The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves under deformed conditions were obtained by the way of thermal dilation. The results showed that the transformed microstructure was polygonal ferrite and a little pearlite when the cooling rate was 0.5 - 1 ℃/s. With the cooling rate increase the pearlite disappeared and the transformed microstructure consisted of polygonal ferrite and a little granular bainite. When the cooling rate was faster than 15℃/s, the transformed microstmcture was lath bainite mostly and the grain becomes smaller and uniform.
