摘 要:回顾了已有的摩阻扭矩研究工作;探讨了基于全井钻柱系统动力学模型的摩阻扭矩计算方法,全井钻柱系统动力学模型综合考虑了钻柱纵横扭耦合振动、钻柱与井壁摩擦碰撞、泥浆对钻柱的粘滞阻尼、内外环空泥浆对钻柱的弯曲效应与压差效应、钻柱屈曲对摩阻的增益等因素。基于前述系统模型开发了专用的摩阻计算软件,分别以实钻定向井和实钻直井为例给出了部分仿真结果,从仿真结果中获得了许多有价值的结论性认识。首次探讨了动态摩阻的计算方法,提供了较为实用的摩阻计算软件,研究工作对指导钻井施工和丰富钻柱动力学理论都具有较重要的意义。The research work on Torque and Drag was reviewed, and a new method on calculation of Torque and Drag was put forward based on drilling string system dynamics, The drilling string system dynamics model considerated of lognitudinal and transverse and torsional vibration of drilling string, the collision between drilling string and well wall, the friction between well wall and drilling string, the sticky damping between slurry and drilling string, curve effect of kinetic drilling string caused by slurry in drilling string, differential pressure effect of stratum, the plus effect of resistance caused by flection, and interaction of drilling bit and rock, etc,, Special Torque and Drag calculation software was developed, and some history cases were simulated and gained some conclusions, The dynamic Torque and Drag calculation was studied for the first time. This new method and special software are quite helpful for the study of drilling string dynamics and analysis of some field questions.
