摘  要:对江苏油田套管损坏原因分析认为,主要是套管质量差、地层水腐蚀、固井质量差、高压注水及油水井周围岩性的影响造成的。结合修复套管损坏井实例,探讨了套管损坏特点及修复工艺。有针对性地选择通胀扩径、磨铣扩径、爆炸整形、挤水泥封堵、套管补贴、悬挂小套管、套管内侧钻等修复工艺,提高了修井的成功率。By analyzing reasons to cause case damage in Jiangsu oilfield, it is shows that the bad quality of case, corrosion of formation water, bad cement, injection with high pressure and influence of side rock nearby oil and water well are main factors. Combing actual examples of repairing damaged case, characteristics and its tech is discussed. The repairing tech of expansion for hole enlargement, milling for hole enlargement, explosive for shaping, cement, casing patch, suspension small case, side drill inner case is selected to increase the successful ratio of workover.
