摘　　要：宁古1井老井复查试油前,发现井口第一根套管损坏需要更换,因该井表层套管尺寸大,下入深,为提高试油时效,欲利用常规试油装备进行取换套施工。经采取一系列措施攻关,实现了利用常规试油装备定点取换套成功,为今后类似浅部位定点取换套积累了成功经验。The first case of Ninggu2 well is damaged and needed to change. For large size and deep depth of its surface casing and raising oil testing efficiency, operation of using conventional oil testing equipment to change case shuld be done. By a series of 'storming the gate', it has been conducted at fix point successfully which provides a practice for latter similar work.
