摘　　要：本科毕业设计(论文)是实现本科培养目标要求的重要培养阶段,是衡量高等学校教育质量和办学效益的重要评价内容。加强毕业设计工作的管理,对提高培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、基本知识,分析、解决工程、科研问题的能力,培养学生正确的思想方法,树立严谨的治学态度和理论联系实际的工作作风有十分重要的意义。就毕业设计的选题、开题、答辩等几个重点环节和全过程的质量监控介绍了我院在实践中的一些做法和体会。The undergraduate graduation project （paper） is the important stage of realizing the undergraduate course, is the important appraisal content of evaluating college education quality and the school benefit. It is vital significance to enhance trains of students in synthesizing the basic theory, the elementary knowledge, the ability of analyzing, solving project ,and the scientific research ,raise the students correct thinking method, set serious attitude and work style of applying theory to reality by strengthening management of undergraduate graduation project work. The paper mainly introduces some measures and experience of our college in several key links and the entire orocess quality monitor of selecting graduation project topic, opening topic, and oral defence and so on.
