摘　　要：企业科技档案收集工作是档案管理的基础,收集工作的质量会对企业的技术储备能力、市场竞争力和档案服务于科研生产的能力产生重要影响。档案管理部门应采取积极有效的措施,提高归档材料的系统性和完整性,建立内容丰富、结构合理的档案馆藏体系。本文根据工作实践,论述了档案收集工作的重要性、存在的问题和解决途径。The collection of scientific and technological archive in enterprises is the foundation ofthe archive management,which plays an important role on the technical reserve ability ofenterprises,market competitiveness and the capacity of archive serving prodcutions in science andresearch. Departments of the archive management should adopt vigorous and efficient treasures toimprove the systemazation and completeness of archived materials and to establish the archivestoring system with substantial contents and reasonable structures. The importance of archivecollections and existing problems and solutions in this process are expounded in this paper on thebase of working practice.
