摘 要:本文用均匀设计方法安排了软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)低烟低卤阻燃配方体系试验,采用NBS烟箱、氧指数仪、万能材料试验机、锥形量热仪研究了体系的燃烧行为及力学性能.用相关分析法对试验数据进行了分析.结果表明,数据具有很强的非线性;用多元非线性回归模型进行分析,研究表明:DOP的加入对于体系阻燃性能和力学性能影响比较显著,CaCO3抑烟效果好,ZB、Fe2O3和Sb2O3能够有效改善体系的阻燃性能,DOP和ZB、CaCO3之间有可能存在协同作用,导致氧指数、烟密度、拉伸强度降低.In the thesis, a low-smoke low-halogen flame retarded formulation of flexible-PVC has been studied. Limited Oxygen Index, Density of smoke, Tensile strength, Elongation percentage and average heat releaserate are tested through homogenous experimental design. Correlation analysis is used to evaluate the experimental data and the result shows the strong non-linearity. Finally, the mathematical model built up by non-linearity regression is analyzed, and the affections of various additives are discussed. DOP affects the flame retardancy and mechanical properties evidently. The smokesuppressant is proved to be of most importance in decreasing smoking density. The addition of ZB, Fe2O3 and Sb2O3 improved flame retardancy, too. And it seems that the crosslink affections of DOP, ZB and CaCO3 could improve smokesuppressed property of PVC formulation.
