摘  要:[目的]研究镧对镉胁迫下月季叶片的缓解作用及对其超弱发光的影响。[方法]同时用50 mg/L镉和不同浓度的镧(40、60、80mg/L)处理月季叶片,测定叶片的自发光和延迟发光的强度及SOD活性和MDA含量。[结果]月季叶片经24 h培养后,各处理与空白对照相比,自发光变化趋势无明显规律。镉对月季叶片产生了胁迫,一定浓度的镧具有缓解镉胁迫的作用,60 mg/L的镧作用最为显著。镉胁迫促使月季叶片SOD活力显著降低,用镧处理后SOD活力没有显著差异。镉促进月季叶片中MDA含量的增加,随着镧浓度的升高MDA含量趋于正常。[结论]在镉的胁迫下月季叶片的延迟发光强度增加、SOD活力降低、MDA含量上升,镧处理后其延迟发光强度明显降低、MDA含量趋于正常,但SOD活力变化不显著。[Objective] The research aimed to study the alleviation effect of La on rose leaves and its effect on superweak luminescence under Cd stress. [Method] Rose leaves were treated with both Cd at 50 mg/L and different concentrations of La (40, 60 and 80 mg/L ) to determine the intensity of leaf self-luminescence and delayed luminescence, SOD activity and MDA content. [Result] After the rose leaves were cultured for 24 h, compared with blank control, the change trend of self luminescence in rose leaves in all treatments had no obvious law. Cd produced stress on rose leaves. Certain concentration of La had alleviation effect on Cd stress and the effect of La at 60 mg/L was most significant. Cd stress reduced SOD activity in rose leaves significantly and SOD activity after La treatment had no significant difference. Cd promoted the increasing of MDA content in rose leaves and MDA content tended to be normal with the rise of La concentration. [Conclusion] Under Cd stress, the delayed luminescence intensity of rose leaves was increased, SOD activity was reduced and MDA content was raised. After La treatment, the delayed luminescence intensity was obviously reduced and MDA content tended to be normal, but Sod activity had no significant change.
