摘 要:[目的]为了探讨多效唑对草坪草的影响。[方法]设10、20、40、60、80和100 mg/m2 6个多效唑处理和清水对照,研究不同浓度多效唑对高羊茅生长和生理特性的影响。[结果]6个浓度多效唑处理对高羊茅生长均有明显抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强,高浓度处理的效果较明显。不同浓度多效唑可增加高羊茅的分蘖数、根冠比,高浓度处理与对照间存在极显著差异。各处理组中叶绿素含量和根系活力均高于对照,且随多效唑浓度的增加呈上升趋势。各处理组中硝酸还原酶活性均高于对照,且随着多效唑浓度的增加呈先升后降趋势。60、80 mg/m2多效唑处理能改善高羊茅外观质量,提高草坪草的观赏价值。[结论]高羊茅各指标在施药后21~28 d达到最优,多效唑的最佳施用浓度为80 mg/m2。[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of paclobutrazol on tuff grass. [Method] 6 paclobutrazol treatments with the concentrations of 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 和 100 mg/m^2 and clean water as CK were set up to study the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol on the growth and physiological characteristics of Festuca arundinacea. [Result] 6 concentrations of paclobutrazol treatments all had obvious inhibition effects on the growth of F. arundinacea. The higher paclobutrazol concentration was, the stronger the inhibition was. Different concentrations of paclobutrazol could increase the tiller number and the mot-shoot ratio of F. arundinacea and treatments with high concentrations of paclobutrazol had extremely significant difference with CK. Chlorophyll content and root activity in all treatments were higher than that of CK and showed a trend of increasing with the increase of paclobutrazol concentration. The activity of nitrate reductase in all treatments was higher than that of CK and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of paclobutrazol concentration. Treatments with paclobutrazol of 60, 80 mg/m^2 could improve the appearance quality of F. arundinacea and increase the ornamental value of turf grass. [Conclusion] The indexes were optimum in the 21th-28th d after applying paclobutrazol and the best concentration of paclobutrazol was 80 mg/m^2.
