印楝制剂对西花蓟马的忌避作用

摘　　要：[目的]为更好的防治西花蓟马。[方法]分别用不同浓度的印楝乳油(0.3%)和印楝素(62.73%)对西花蓟马作室内和田间试验,研究不同印楝制剂对西花蓟马的忌避活性。[结果]2种药剂均对西花蓟马成虫有一定的忌避作用,随浓度的提高忌避率增大,都是选择性忌避效果好于非选择性忌避效果。选择性忌避试验中,12 mg/L的印楝乳油和印楝素忌避率都是在48 h时最高,分别为63.93%、64.52%。田间试验表明印楝乳油比印楝素的忌避效果要好,忌避率都是施药后第1天最大,第3天有所下降,第5天和第7天又升高,12 mg/L的印楝乳油和印楝素在第1天的忌避率分别为70.63%、58.33%。[结论]印楝制剂对西花蓟马均表现一定的忌避作用,印楝乳油比印楝素忌避效果好。[Objective] The purpose was to control Frankliniella occidentalis better. [Method] The indoor and field experiments using azadirachtin emulsion and azadirachtin with different concentrations were conducted on F. occidentalis to study the repellent activities of different neem formulation on F. occidentalis. [Result] Both the 2 kinds of pesticides had some repellent effect to F. occidentalis adult, the repellent rate increased along with the concentration increasing, and their selective repellent effect was better tan their nonselective repellent effect. In the selective repellent experiment, the repellent rates of both azadirachtin emulsion and azadirachtin at 12 mg/L were highest at the 48 h, being 63.93 % and 64.52 % resp. The field experiment showed that the repellent effect of azadirachtin emulsion was better than that of azadirachtin. Their repellent rates were all highest at the 1st day, had some decrease at the 3rd day and increased again at the 5th and 7th day after applying pesticide. The repellent rates of both azadirachtin emulsion and azadirachtin at 12 mg/L were 70.63 % and 58.33 % resp. at the 1st day. [Conclusion] All the neem formulations showed some repellent effect on F. occidenta]is, and the repellent effect of azadiraehtin emulsion was better than that of azadirachtin.
