云南省石榴根腐线虫的鉴定

摘　　要：[目的]确定石榴线虫病害的种类,为更好地进行病害识别与防治提供理论依据。[方法]2003～2006年从云南主要石榴产区红河州蒙自县、建水县和曲靖会泽县采集225个石榴根系和根际土壤,对石榴寄生线虫的种类进行调查与鉴定。[结果]分离出一种根腐线虫,鉴定为咖啡短体线虫,属于垫刃目,短体科,短体亚科,短体线虫属。[结论]首次报道了寄生于云南省石榴根际的一种根腐线虫:咖啡短体线虫,石榴是该种线虫的新记录寄主。进一步研究咖啡短体线虫对石榴的危害十分必要。[Objective] The research aimed to confirm the kinds of nematode disease in megranate and provide theoretical basis for identifying and controlling diseases. [Method] 225 pieces of megranate root system and rhizosphere soils were collected from Mengzi county, Jianshui county of Horighe state and Huize county of Qujing city in Yunnan main megranate cultivation areas in 2003-2006. The species of parasitic nematode in megran ate were investigated and identified, [Result] A kind of root rot nematode was separated and identified as Pratylenchus coffeae Seinhorst, belongng to Tylenchida Thorne,Pratylenchidae Thorne,Pratylenchinae Thorne,Pratylenchus filipjev. [Conclusion] A kind of root rot nematode, P. coffeae, parasitized megranate rhizosphere in Yunnan province was first reported. Megranate was a new record of host for P. coffeae. It was quite necessary to study the damage ofP. coffeae to nematode further.
