摘　　要：张锡纯络病学学术思想源于《内经》,承于仲景,旁参诸家。运用广泛、擅长益气活血通络、重视辛凉通络、强调通补结合、突出以活络效灵丹为治络基本方是其学术思想的主要特点。The academic thoughts of Zhang Xichun for collateral disease were discussed in this article.It is indicated that Zhang's thoughts for collateral disease originate from In- ternal Classic of Yellow Emperor,inherit from Zhang Zhongjing,and refer to other Chinese medical practitioners.The characteristics of Zhang's thoughts for collateral disease are as follows:being used extensively,being good at applying the therapies of strengthening Qi, activating blood and dredging collatcrals,making emphasis of dredging collateral with pun- gent and cool herbs,and combining the tonifying and dredging therapy,with Huoluo Xiaol- ing Pills as the basic prescription for collaterals.
