摘  要:采用新型碱性分散匀染剂BAH33,试验了涤纶织物连续退浆后碱性染色、减量后碱性染色和高温高压卷染碱性染色工艺,并与传统的染色工艺作对比。结果表明,采用碱性染色工艺的成品色光纯正、手感滑爽,且简化了染色工艺,降低了水、电、汽成本和化学品消耗,以及废水排放量。染色后的废水可采用适于碱性条件的新型絮凝脱色剂处理,以降低生产成本。With the aid of alkaline leveler BAH33, dyeing process of polyester fabric can be carried out in alkaline solutions, such as continuous desizing and alkaline dyeing, alkali peeling and alkaline dyeing, as well as high-temperature-high-pressure jigger dyeing. Results were compared to those of conventional acidic dyeing process. It was found that the polyester dyeings in alkaline process featured purer color and softer handle, lower consumption of water, steam and chemicals, as well as less burden on environment. The dyeing effluent can be disposed by flocculants under alkaline conditions.
