摘 要:采用酸式氧化铝微柱流动注射(FI)在线分离富集-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,测定纺织品中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)。研究了共存离子的干扰,采用对纺织品萃取液高温灰化的方法,消除了纺织品中有机(染料)阴离子对酸式氧化铝微柱吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的严重干扰。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,自动化程度高,检出限为0.70μg/L,定量下限为0.050 mg/kg,进样时间45s,cr(Ⅵ)富集倍数为10倍,分析速度为33样/h。A method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ) in textiles by flow injection and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry using on-line separation and pre-concentration on a microcolumn packed with alumina (acidic form) has been developed. The interference of co-existing ions has been studied. The method is rapid, accurate and highly automatic. The severe interference of organic negative ions in textiles has been eliminated using high temperature ashing method of extracted solution. The detection limit was 0.70 μg/L, LOQ was 0.050 mg/kg. The concentration enhancement of Cr(Ⅵ) was 10 times for 45 s sample loading, and analytic frequency was 33 samples/hour.
