摘  要:用亚硫酸铵作还原剂,在常温常压下用稀盐酸溶液浸出大洋多金属结核,探索了结核矿粒度、还原剂亚硫酸铵加入量、HCl浓度、浸出温度、时间及液固比等因素对大洋多金属结核浸出率的影响。当浸出液中HCl为20mol/L、亚硫酸铵为理论量、10~40℃下浸出30min,有价金属浸出率分别为(%):Cu948,Ni953,Co937,Mn962。Ocean polymetallic nodules was leached with (NH 4) 2SO 3· H 2O as reductant in dilute hydrochloric acid solution at ambient temperature and pressure. The influence of various parameters,such as (NH 4) 2SO 3·H 2O dosage, HCl concentration, leaching temperature and time, particle size and liquid to solid ratio, on the leaching ratio of ocean polymetallic nodules has been studied. At a HCl Concentration of 0 2 mol/L, an appropriate stoichiometric amout of (NH 4) 2SO 3·H 2O, leaching temperatures of 10~40 ℃ and leaching time of 30 min, the leaching ratios of 94 8% Cu, 95 3%Ni, 93 7%Co, 96 2%Mn and 92 1Fe can be obtained, respectively.
