摘  要:研究设计了一种新型穿甲弹用钨合金材料,粘结相为一种镍铝铁合金粉,其目的是使钨合金穿甲弹在侵彻装甲时容易出现绝热剪切现象,以提高穿甲弹的"自锐"效应。经过烧结成形后测定了该钨合金材料的动、静态力学性能。结果表明,静态下该合金的抗拉强度为690MPa,延伸率为8%,保证了其作为穿甲弹战斗部材料基本的力学性能要求;在应变为0.34,应变率为4139 s-1时,试样发生了绝热剪切断裂,达到了预期设计的目的。A new tungsten alloy for penetrator with NiA1Fe alloy binder was designed and studied using powder metallurgy route in order to improve "selfsharpening" performance of penetrator into armor. After dynamic and quasi-static mechanical properties were tested, results showed that the 90W-NiA1Fe corn-posite reached the basic mechanical properties which are required in penetrator were with tensile strength of 690 MPa and ductility of 8% elongation. Apparently adiabatic shear band was observed in the direction of the most shearing stress under the strain of about 0.34 and strain rate of about 4139 s^-1
