摘 要:为探索稀土元素在玻璃纤维化学镀中的应用,研究了玻璃纤维表面化学镀Ni-Co-Fe-La-P合金的工艺。重点讨论了La对化学镀液的稳定性、沉积速率以及在镀液中加入La后主盐、络合剂和温度等对镀层沉积速率的影响。研究结果表明:在镀液中加入适量的La能明显提高镀液的稳定性、沉积速率、改善镀层形貌和降低施镀温度;但随着镀液中La含量的增加,镀液的稳定性和沉积速率皆呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当镀液中La化合物浓度达到1.1 g.L-1时,镀液的稳定性达到了最大值,同时沉积速率也达到了最佳值。In order to research rare earth element application in the electroless plating on the surface of glass fiber, Ni-Co-Fe-La-P alloy was prepared on the surface of glass fiber using electroless plating. The influence of the lanthanum on the stability of plating bath and deposition rate were emphasized. And the effect of the main metal, complex agent and temperature on the deposition rate were also investigated when La was added in the plating bath. The results showed that the stability of plating bath, the deposition rate andthe surface morphology of coatings could be evidently improved with the additive of lanthanum, and the temperature of electroless plating was lowered. But with the increase of additive quantity of the lanthanum in the plating bath, the deposition rate and the stability of plating bath were increased first and decreased afterwards, the peak value of the stability and the appropriate value of the deposition rate were at 1.1 g· L^-1 of rare earth compound in the plating bath.
