摘　　要：以插入件式换热管内受迫对流换热过程的烟经济分析为基础，通过引入一项评价插入件式换热管性能的指标─—加入插入件前后的总费用比η，在恒热流工况下，时插入件式换热管性能进行了经济分析。本文的有关方法和结论可为工程上插入件式换热器的设计和性能评价提供参考。On the basis of exergy economic analysis of conveclive heat transfer process of inser1 type tube, the η index defined as heat transfer cost ratio before and after putting insert is introduced and employed to evaluate the insert type heat transfer tube performance under the condition of constant wall heat flux. The employed methods and the results illustrated in this paper provide a reference to the design and performane evaluation of insert type heat exchangers.
