摘 要:通过X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱分析,研究了两种比例(TiNi=5050,TiNi=6535)的钛镍金属粉末的球磨产物。发现球磨产物中绝大部分是非晶合金,将其中轻微的晶化归因于较高的环境温度和较长的球磨时间,将产物表面的氧化归因于球磨过程中对容器及搅棒的清理。研究了产物的吸放氢性能,发现产物易活化,并随着Ti含量的增加,吸氢量增大。在1个大气压以上,压力—组成—温度曲线中不存在平台区。The product of ball milling Ti and Ni powders of two kinds of ratio(Ti:Ni=50:50,Ti:Ni=65:35) has been investigated by XRD and XPS analyses. It is found that most part of the ball milling product is amorphous alloy. The slightly crystallization is attributed to the high ambient temperature and long milling time. The oxidation of the product's surface is thought to be caused by cleaning the stirring rod and the container during the milling process. The properties of hydrogen storage of the product are studied. It is found that the product is easy to activiate. The quantity of absorbed hydrogen increases with inceasing Ti content,and there is no plateau over 1 atm in P C T curves. \
