摘  要:马钢二铁厂3#高炉为自立式结构.该高炉第四代大修时,计对其结构特点和生产中出现的情况,对高炉冷却壁、炉衬砖、炉喉部以及围管等处进行改进,使高炉在开炉后最短时间内形成合理的操作护型,达到了降焦、增产、降低吨铁成本的目的,对延长高炉一代寿命起到积极作用.No.3 BF of the Second Ironmaking Plant of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd is self-independent construCtion. When the fourth generation BF was completely bullt, we improved the cooling staves, brick of lining and fumace throat, as well as the hot-wing circle plpe based on the struCture properties and specific conditions appeared in produclion. It formed reasonable operation shape after the Blast Furnace was opened. It achieved in low fuel, high productivity, low ironmaking cost and extended the Blast Furnace life.
