脐静脉插管术在早产儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脐静脉插管术在早产儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性总结30例早产儿行脐静脉插管术的应用效果及护理经验。结果30例行脐静脉插管术全部穿刺成功。留置导管时间为3～14 d。其中2例放弃治疗。28例按原计划拔管,无出现堵管现象。结论脐静脉插管术创伤小,操作简单,有利于危重患儿的抢救及静脉用药,减轻了患儿痛苦。严格执行护理规程和密切观察病情是插管留置术成功的保证。Objective To explore the effect of umbilical vein catheterization on premature infants. Method We summarized the effect and nursing experience of umbilical vein catheterization in 30 premature infants retrospectively. Results The catheterizations in 30 cases were all successful, with catheters detaining for 3 to 14 days. One case died 9 days after catheterization and another case gave up from the therapy. Catheters in 28 cases were extubated without obstruction according to medical orders. Conclusion Umbilical vein catheterization is easy to operate, with few lesions. It is beneficial for rescue, and venous medication of infants. To ensure successful umbilical vein catheterization, it is important to perform the nursing procedures strictly and observe patient＇s condition carefully.
