规范化指导语在手术室术前访视中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过规范化指导语言来解除手术患者术前的各种不良情绪。方法采用自行制订的量表调查了术前患者的心理状况,针对患者最担心的前5位问题制订了一套规范化语言并应用于术前访视。结果实施规范化指导语对患者进行术前访视,有利于护士对患者的心理状况及时进行调控及给予适当的心理支持。结论术前访视中应用规范化指导语,能解除或减轻患者术前的焦虑情绪,使之积极地配合手术治疗。Objective To relieve all kinds of preoperative adverse moods by using standardized instructions. Method The preoperative mental situation was investigated by using self-designed scale and a set of standardized instructions pertinent to the 5 issues from the investigation were regulated for preoperative interviews. Result The use of standardized instructions in preoperative interviews at operation room was beneficial for nurses＇ intervening the patients mentally and serving them with mental support. Conclusion During preoperative interview, we should use standardized instructions, which may relieve the anxiety of patients and cause them cooperative for the operations.
