摘  要:借助于傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪,采用主成分分析法对来自7个产地的虎杖根在植化组成上的相似性进行了聚类分析。结果表明:虎杖样品在4000~1700cm-1区域有相似的红外光谱特征,而在1700~900cm-1区域不同产地的样品又存在一定的差异。据此将虎杖的产地分为6个区,分区与各产地的地理位置和气候条件有一定的相关性,同一区内虎杖的化学组分相似。红外光谱法可以快速、简便、直观地对中药材进行聚类分析和质量鉴别。Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. is an important Chinese traditional medicine, and has wide distribution in China. Based on their infrared fingerprint spectra, Polygonum cuspidatum root samples from 7 geographical origins could be divided into 6 classes with principal component analysis. The classification was well correlated to their geographical origins and weather. In the same class, the chemical components of P. cuspidatum are similar to each other, which can be considered as the criterion for evaluating the quality of P. cuspidatum. The results showed that their characteristic infrared spectra were similar in the range of 4 000-1 700 cm^-1 , but varied significantly for different groups and kinds of P. cuspidatum samples in the range of 1 700-900 cm^-1. The method is rapid and simple, and could be applied to evaluate the quality of this traditional Chinese medicine. It is one of the methods in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.
