关于高校大力构建和谐校园的战略思考

摘　　要：和谐校园作为和谐社会的重要组成部分,必然要反映"民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处"这一和谐社会的基本特征,同时又具有自身的要求和内在规定性。我们应密切结合校园实际,把构建社会主义和谐社会的理论、方法、途径,引入到构建和谐校园的实践中来。确立和谐教育的思想;确立以人为的教育理念;坚持马克思主义的指导地位和党对高校的领导是构建和谐校园的原则;学校发展与地方经济社会发展和谐共进是构建和谐校园的关键;推进学校的体制改革是构建和谐校园的核心;加强校园文化建设是构建和谐校园的灵魂。Harmonious campus, as an important part of harmonious society, should reflect the basic characteristic of harmonious society, i. e. democracy and law, justice, honest and friendship, vigor, order and the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, with the requirement and prescription of the conception itself. We should introduce the theory, method and way of constructing harmo- nious society to the practice of building harmonious campus. We should establish the idea of harmonious education with people-oriented, stick to the principle of the guidance under Marxism and the leadership under the Party. To adapt school development and local economy development is the key for harmonious advance of constructing harmonious campus. To push the reform of school mechanism is the core in constructing harmonious campus. To enhance the campus culture construction is the soul of constructing harmonious campus.
