摘　　要：今年是大学生就业全面服务年,面对依然严峻的就业形势,应积极贯彻落实中央《关于引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业的意见》,引导毕业生认清就业形势以及"平民化"就业的社会现实机遇,帮助他们调整好就业心态,把择业的视野投向广大的基层,并为他们去基层就业创造有利条件,让他们以普通劳动者的姿态积极地进入就业的竞争与选择,以多种方式努力实现广泛就业。This year is the year that provides comprehensive services for college graduates＇ employment. Faced with the stem employment situation, we should positively implement the Opinion on Guiding and Encouraging College Graduates to Face Basic Unit Employment, guide the graduates to recognize clearly the employment situation as wen as social realistic opportunity of ＂the common people＂ employment, help them to adjust the employment psychology, put the employment choice field of vision on the general basic units, and create advantages for them for the basic unit employment so that they can smocthly enter the competition and choice of employment by common laborers＇ posture.
