摘　　要：基于目前国内外对于建设项目三大目标控制理论的研究现状,分析了建设项目单位工程的四大目标的对立统一关系,提出了针对单位工程建设项目四大目标控制的理论,分别给出了单位工程四大目标可靠度指标,结合可靠度控制理念,运用模糊综合评价法和挣值法等方法,分别对质量、成本、进度和安全四大目标进行了可靠度评估,提出了建设项目单位工程四大目标的可靠度控制标准,利用条件概率及最弱元素假设原理,构建了建设项目单位工程四大目标的可靠度综合控制模型.并通过示例进行了验证,表明提出的综合控制模型具有简便、实用的特性.Based on the present situation in the construction projects in national and international market for the three targets of the control theories research status, the article analyzed the unification of opposite relation of the four targets in unit project, pointing out a theory of four targets control in construction project, and proposed the four targets＇ reliability indexes in unit construction project. Through the control idea of reliability, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and earned value methods it appraisad the reliability for quality,cost, process and safety. It offered reliability standard for four targets in construction project. Using the conditional probability theory and the weakest element supposition principle it established the construction project reliability comprehensive control model. The paper also proposed an integrated control model which has the characteristic of being practical and easy.
