摘 要:以CFBA工艺为测试平台,充分利用钢铁企业现有的碱性原料和碱性废物,通过喷雾增湿过程,展开适于烧结烟气流态化脱硫反应的粒子选择研究,研究结果表明:99.5%的机头灰、99.8%的粉煤灰粒子和80%左右的生石灰粒子可满足u〉u1或u〉ucr条件完全实现快速流态化,20%左右的生石灰粒子因碰撞和磨损而逐渐变成小粒子,最终可实现快速流态化;循环流化床的回料比R略大于1,属于快速流态化范畴,流态化粒子粒径范围选择基本适宜;三种脱硫剂中脱硫剂B相对较佳,有效脱硫时间可达95~140min,氧化钙利用率约为31%~54%,适于烧结烟气脱硫系统的要求.By choosing CFBA system as test platform, particles which were suitable for desulfurization reaction of fluidized sintering gas were selected through changing the process of spray humidification, while existing alkaline raw materials and alkaline wastes were made full use of in steel enterprises. The results showed that firstly, 99.5% of the nose ash, 99. 8% of the fly ash particles, and about 80% of the quicklime particles were able to meet the conditions that was u bigger than u1 or ucr in order to achieve rapid fluidization. About 20% of the quicklime particles gradually turned into smaller particles through collisions and attrition, and could eventually achieve rapid fluidization. In addition, R, which was the proportion of back materials of CFB, was slightly larger than 1. That means this state belonged to the rapid fluidization, and the selection of size range of fluidized particle was proper. Finally, desulfurizer B was most effective. The effective desulphurization time was up to 95-140 minutes,and the utilization factor of calcium oxide was about 31% ~54%.
