摘  要:合成了一种综合性能优良的环境友好型双组分粘合剂,并对其进行性能研究:采用旋转粘度计研究了PVA含量对乳液粘度的影响,并就羟基含量、n(-NCO)/n(-OH)比值(R值)以及纳米碳酸钙的含量等对胶膜的耐水性能和粘接强度的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:PVA含量为1.5%~2.5%时乳液粘度比较适宜;当R值为1.3、羟基含量为2%~3%及纳米碳酸钙加入量为2%~3%时,胶膜综合性能优异。Synthesized environment friendly two-component adhesives which have excellent comprehensive properties, and conduct research of its properties. To study the influence of PVA amount on viscosity of emulsion by rotation viscometer, and studied the influence of hydroxyl amount,isocyanate group and hydroxyl radical pro- portion and nano-CaCO3 amount on water resistant property and adhesive strength. The research results showed when PVA amount was between 1.5%-2.5%, the viscosity of emulsion was suitable,when proportion of isocyanate and hydroxyl radical was 1.3, and hydroxyl amount was between 2%-3%,nano-CaCO3 amount was between 2%- 3%, the film had excellent comprehensive property.
