摘　　要：目的研究共刺激分子CD137L分子在人肺癌细胞系A549上的表达及其生物学功能。方法流式细胞术(FACS)和RT-PCR方法检测CD137L分子在A549上的表达。采用CD137-Fc融合蛋白刺激A549上的CD137L分子,ELISA实验分析细胞因子的分泌。结果FACS实验结果显示CD137L分子表达在A549上,RT-PCR实验结果进一步证实了上述发现。ELISA实验结果显示,CD137-Fc可刺激A549 IL-8的分泌。结论A549表面CD137L分子在蛋白分子水平和mRNA水平均有表达;并可发挥调节IL-8分泌的功能。Objective To study the expression and function of CD137L on the human lung cancer cell line A549.Methods The expression of CD137L on A549 was detected by FACS,RT-PCR analysis,and its biological function was investigated by CD137-Fc fusing protein.Results FACS and RT-PCR analysis showed that CD137L expressed on A549.ELISA analysis showed that CD137-Fc could induce the production of IL-8.Conclusion CD137L molecule is expressed on the A549 at protein and mRNA levels and can regulate the secretion of IL-8.
