摘 要:目的初步探讨全血粘度(whole blood viscosity,WBV)、血浆粘度(plasma visocosity,PV)、红细胞计数(RBC)等血液流变学参数在代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者血液中的水平改变。方法470名参加体检的中老年人纳入研究,测量相关指标,其中包括高低切WBV、PV、RBC、红细胞压积(Hct)、血沉(ESR)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高低密度脂蛋白结合胆固醇(HDL-C与LDL-C)、身高、体重、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)等,将所得数据分MS组与非MS组进行统计学分析,并分析上述血液流变学指标与MS组成成分之间的相关性。结果高低切WBV、RBC、PV在MS组与非MS组之间存在显著差异,且随着MS组成成分数(n)的增加有上升的趋势,部分组间差异有统计学意义。结论MS患者处于高粘血症状态,伴发RBC增生,可能是MS最终发展为心血管疾病(CVD)重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the change of WBV,PV,RBC and other hemorheological parameters in metabolic syndrome.Methods 470 middle-aged and elderly people were entered in our study,whom were divided into different subgroups according to their genders and the number of MS components they contained.The data including WBV,PV,height,weight,FBG,TG,TC,and BP were measured and statistically analyzed.Results The WBV(at high-and low-shear-rate),PV and RBC of MS group were significantly higher than the non MS.Furthermore,with the rise of the number of MS components,the hemorheological parameteres also showed a significant elevation.Conclusion There were hyperviscosity and increased erythropoiesis in MS,which might play a key role in the CVD mortality and morbidity.
